Buffalo National River at Camp Orr, Arkansas - April 18, 2011
Waterfalls seem to convey a sense of tranquility in images. As I get older, I find myself isolating tighter compositions of these tranquil components that are unique to each individual waterfall. At Triple Falls, three cascades come together over one bluff into one pool. For this image, I used a 50mm lens to isolate the slight sweep of the bluff where the three ribbons meet the greenish pool below.
