Six Finger Falls
Falling Water Creek, Richland Creek Wilderness, Arkansas
Six Finger Falls is located right next to FR#1205 which leads to the Richland Creek Campground. I have driven by these falls dozens of times over the past several years without being inspired to make a photograph. On this spring day, I decided to take a closer look. For this image, I tried to get as close to the rapids as my depth of field would allow while placing the large boulders at the top right of the image to help balance the composition and show Falling Water Creek continuing downstream in the distance.
