Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
When photographing landscapes, it is always helpful to have something dramatic happening in the sky. Unfortunately, on this week long trip to the Grand Canyon, the skies were perfectly clear the entire time. I decided to make this image at sunrise from Point Imperial, focusing less on the sky and more on the many distant layers that the canyon created.
