Navajo Tribal Land, Arizona
This canyon, located in northern Arizona, has become very popular. To compose this image, I found myself working with another photographer, a man who happened to be there all the way from Italy. So many people were coming and going through the slot, that he and I would take turns holding back the traffic just long enough to make an image. This scene was above the canyon floor toward the entrance where the most light was coming in.
